The practice charges a first-consultation fee which is either payable on the day or claimed at contracted rates from the medical aids we hold an agreement with.
Notice regarding fees
After the first consultation, medical-aid rates are charged for all medical aids and claims are submitted directly. It remains the patient's responsibility to confirm with their medical aid whether a referral or authorisation is needed — including for follow-up consultations — and that funds are available.
Additional costs may apply for emergency or unscheduled consultations. All accounts remain the patient's responsibility until settled in full, even where the account is submitted to a medical aid.
