Prepare for your visit.
A few practicalities to help the day of your consultation or procedure go smoothly.
- What to bring
- Your ID, medical-aid card, referral letter (if any) and a list of current medications. New patients: please complete registration before you arrive.
- Where to find us
- Suite 7, Eugene Village, 696 5th Ave, Les Marais, Pretoria 0084. Parking is available on site.
- When to arrive
- Please arrive ten minutes ahead of your appointment time so reception can check you in without a rush.

Hospital admission and anaesthesia paperwork is arranged directly with the hospital and anaesthetic team on the day of your procedure. If you need a printed copy of any form, reception is happy to send one on request.
